I’m excited to be the principal and I’d like to welcome you to an exciting year at Chaparral Elementary School. We are located on the corner of Rancherias Drive and Shadow Drive in Fontana, California. Chaparral serves approximately 480 preschool to fifth grade students. “We are small but mighty!”
Chaparral Elementary School provides a warm stimulating environment where students are actively involved in learning academics, as well as, positive values. Our dedicated and caring top-notch staff are devoted in achieving academic excellence and developing a well-rounded child. Chaparral is a place where students receive a standards-based, challenging curriculum that is based on the individual needs. Ongoing evaluation of student progress and achievement helps us refine the instructional program so students can achieve academic proficiency.
We are committed to helping our Chaparral students reach their personal best. We invite you to be part of our mission and take a personal interest in your student’s studies and homework. We invite you to attend our family nights and parent organizations. We hope together, as a school community, Chaparral students will reach their maximum potential.
